Seek Freedom LLC was founded in 2019 by Jill L English after years of receiving requests to speak, facilitate, and lead conversations for boards, organizations, conferences, and community groups.
What began with speaking engagements grew into a broader mission: to help organizations strengthen their cultures, develop their people, and serve their communities with greater understanding and confidence through transformative training, facilitation, and consulting.
Meet Jill L English
Jill L English brings more than two decades of experience working directly with families, community organizations, private and nonprofit institutions, government agencies, and court systems.
Before founding Seek Freedom, Jill led a professional training department for eight years. She also spent 15 years training therapeutic foster parents and Court Appointed Special Advocates. Her career has included direct service, leadership, training, facilitation, policy engagement, and collaboration across complex systems.
Jill combines professional education with hands-on experience and a deep understanding of how organizational decisions affect employees, families, and communities. Her honest, relatable approach helps participants connect ideas to real-life experiences and turn learning into meaningful action.
